Jason has over 20 years of consulting experience in the areas of organizational demand, supply and application of customer experience intelligence and customer experience design. He is president of Whyze Group and editor of the online journal, The Market-Intelligent Executive.
Whyze Group consults with more than thirty Fortune 500 firms, including Rubbermaid, Disney, Zales, Nationwide Insurance, Grainger, Georgia Pacific, CibaVision and Disney.
Jason’s strategic perspectives on customer experience management are grounded by a decade of sales and customer service experience at several companies, including Hyatt Hotels. He held management positions at two marketing research firms, Brittain Associates, and Elrick and Lavidge, and was head of marketing research at HomeBanc.
Jason was a principal consultant in the CRM strategy practice of eLoyalty. He was responsible for leading CRM strategy engagements and enabling clients to innovate and implement compelling customer experiences.
Jason’s articles have appeared in Marketing News, Business to Business Marketing and The Journal of Retail Banking. He has led numerous executive workshops on innovating the customer experience for Fortune 500 companies, the American Marketing Association and the Association for Interactive Technology Professionals.
Jason holds a MBA from Hofstra University and is a graduate of the State University of New York, having attended both universities on academic scholarships.
